**3ACM** is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing Coordinator to play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our labour hire services. You will be responsible for coordinating marketing activities, conducting market research, managing promotional campaigns, and supporting the broader marketing function to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Research and identify new market opportunities to expand our client base in warehousing and logistics industries.
- Develop marketing strategies that align with 3ACM’s growth goals and brand identity.
- Create persuasive marketing materials, including social media posts, brochures, service overviews, and sales content.
- Monitor industry trends, customer behaviours, and competitor activities to refine marketing initiatives.
- Provide insights and forecasting based on market research to guide future campaigns and client engagement strategies.
- Manage and grow 3ACM’s social media presence, focusing on building a credible and consistent brand voice.
- Analyse marketing performance data and present clear reports and recommendations to management.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communications and client touchpoints.
- Support business development efforts by producing high-quality marketing collateral for client pitches and proposals.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business (or related field); and
- Minimum 1 year of full-time relevant experience

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market research, branding, and campaign management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

**Work Eligibility**:

Pay: $73,500.00 per year
