A global leader in the automotive and industrial aftermarket is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Manager and broader Sales and Product teams across Australia and New Zealand.

This role offers a unique opportunity to be involved in a broad range of marketing functions-from event planning and digital marketing to brand communications and product support.

A. Marketing Services Support

Work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute marketing initiatives that align with business objectives and brand standards. Key responsibilities include:

1. Event Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute conferences, trade shows, and customer events
  • Manage logistics, promotional materials, and vendor coordination
  • Support post-event reporting and lead follow-up

2. Public Relations & Brand Promotion

  • Assist in creating press releases, product bulletins, and case studies
  • Identify media and PR opportunities to enhance brand visibility
  • Ensure brand messaging and trademarks meet global standards

3. Sales & Marketing Support

  • Contribute to marketing campaigns, promotional projects, and sales collateral
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth campaign execution

4. Additional Responsibilities

  • Carry out other marketing-related tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager
B. Product, Marketing & Sales Support

Support cross-functional teams with market insights, sales tools, and product communications.

1. Marketing Support

  • Assist with marketing communications and promotional campaigns
  • Support content development for digital platforms and social media

2. Product Support

  • Conduct competitive research to support product positioning
  • Assist with product data management, pricing, and catalog updates

3. Sales Support

  • Manage marketing order fulfilment and lead generation coordination
  • Provide day-to-day sales admin support

4. Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate sales and marketing performance reports
  • Track campaign metrics and maintain accurate marketing records
Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related discipline
  • 1-3 years' experience in marketing coordination or admin support
  • Experience in event planning or campaign execution preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign)
  • Familiarity with marketing automation (e.g. Marketo) and CRM tools advantageous
