About the Role:

The Marketing Coordinator will assist the Trade Marketing and Brand teams in achieving overall marketing productivity through the delivery of brand campaigns and trade executions.

What a typical week looks like for at FGB for Marketing Coordinator:

  • Support with the development & implementation of trade marketing activities: POS, trade communications, digital and print advertising
  • Managing briefs into graphics, approvals and submitting artwork to retailer
  • Liaising with internal teams, external agencies and vendors.
  • Management of pre campaign communication to internal business units as well as post-campaign reviews
  • Developing and maintaining samples for trade and innovation presentations.
  • Updating and distributing all marketing collateral.
  • Managing online portal assets, marketing drives and Dropbox.
  • Assisting in content creation.
  • Develop & manage sample mock ups for gate meetings, trade & innovation presentations.
  • Social media tracking and analysis.
  • Assisting with reporting, data analysis and general administration support.

Ideally, you will:

  • Experience in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) marketing coordinator role is preferable.
  • Have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be detail oriented.
  • Love to multitask.
  • Excel in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
