**About the Role**:
The Conditions for Learning Directorate, Schools and Preschools Division provides direct support to Education Directors and site leaders. The directorate is responsible for a range of operational functions including managing protections, overseas travel, intervention orders, student exemptions, and site governance. The directorate provides policy and procedural advice and supports Education Directors with the management and resolution of critical incidents and complex issues.

**Qualifications**:
**Desirable**: Relevant qualification in administration, policy, or similar.

**Special Conditions**:
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN -EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

**Remuneration**:
ASO4 $76,561 - $80,256 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (11.5%) and leave loading.
