How you can help make a better world of work

Team Survey Design is looking for an Engineer with a focus on frontend development to join our cross-functional team to create a better world of work together. Our team is responsible for the end-to-end survey experience. We build the tools our customers use to design effective surveys and the experience their employees use to provide feedback.

You'll have a direct impact on several exciting projects. We are in the process of:

  • Rebuilding our survey design experience from the ground up to be more modern and powerful.
  • Integrating AI tools to help customers design more impactful surveys and provide actionable insights from their data.
  • Scaling our product to meet the complex needs of large, enterprise customers.
  • Migrating our frontend to a modern stack using and TypeScript.

You Will

  • Take ownership of features from technical design through to implementation and delivery.
  • Write clean, readable, and production-ready code for key features.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to understand customer problems and deliver value.
  • Contribute to a culture of quality by writing tests, performing code reviews, and leaving the codebase better than you found it.

You Have

  • Experience building web applications with modern frontend technologies, including React and TypeScript. Experience with is a big plus.
  • A solid understanding of software design principles and patterns.
  • Experience breaking down complex problems into smaller, more manageable tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to write readable, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle, including deploying and operating software in production.
