**The Opportunity**:
The Lead People Scientist, Product Equity & Inclusion will work across our Product and Customer-facing teams to drive the development and delivery of our suite of products and features that support companies in building and maintaining more equitable cultures. In this role, you'll be a thought leader, teacher, and analyst, with the remit of delivering a full-platform product that truly improves the world of work for _everyone_._ _You'll collaborate with teams across our business, including designers, engineers, sales, customer success, and other people scientists to define what equitable experiences are and how to craft them at all stages of the employee experience journey. Ultimately, in this role you will use your practical expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion to shape our product solutions and have the ability to positively impact the work experience of millions of employees at thousands of companies around the world.

Here, you'll get to:

- Work directly with our Product Managers to define the product roadmap for our equity & inclusion technology
- Consult with product teams across the platform to ensure everything we build considers equity as a core principle
- Write compelling guidance articulating our People Science philosophy for equity and inclusion to help shape the product and differentiate us in the market.
- Provide analysis and insight on the most promising and impactful opportunities for our customers from a DEI perspective
- Participate and lead in the design, observation, and analysis of user research
- Design and partner in delivering learning content to support our customers on their DEI journeys
- Collaborate with our Customer enablement teams to ensure that we're selling and supporting our customers in a Culture First way to achieve their DEI goals

**What do you (ideally) bring to the team?**:

- Experience designing and implementing solutions that help companies provide more equitable and inclusive work environments
- An applied understanding of the scientific research and practice associated with DEI
- An ability to break down complex experiences and concepts into engaging and actionable insights
- Collaborate with and influence a variety of cross-disciplinary stakeholders across a business

It may be helpful to have the following:

- Experience leading in-house DEI cultural initiatives as a program manager or strategic lead
- Experience building or delivering software products, ideally in a SaaS environment
- A Bachelor's degree in psychology, HR or social sciences
