ConsultANZ is looking for a Document Controller with experience using the appointed systems to join their team on a major civil project based in Sydney. The company is a Joint Venture that has taken over a long-term operation and maintenance contract in the local area.
**Main Duties**
- Setting up and maintaining the Sharepoint and Team Binder systems in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Submitting documents through the client document control system.
- Working to set developed systems and processes to ensure compliance and ongoing improvement
- Producing weekly and monthly reports as required by management.
- Liaising with others, including the engineering and project team, client and subcontractors to obtain information.
**About You**:
- At least 5+ years of extensive experience in a Document Control role.
- Hold a degree in management, information management, business administration, or a related field.
- Has been involved in civil/roading/tunnel projects.
- Proven experience working with main contractors.
- Prior knowledge of Sharepoint and Team Binder is highly beneficial.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Good communication skills and understanding of document control systems.
