Ventia are looking for an experienced **Document Controller **to join the team to support the recently awarded Western Harbour Tunnel (WHT) and Sydney Harbour Tunnel (SHT) Asset Management Contract.

NSW Western Harbour Tunnel and Sydney Harbour Tunnel Asset Management Services Contract with Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW), provides operations, maintenance and strategic asset management services for the Western Harbour Tunnel and Sydney Harbour Tunnel. The works include whole-of-life asset risk and electricity volume risk, as well as 24/7 tunnel control over 35 years.

Reporting to the Project Director, the Document Controller is responsible for ensuring document management consistency across all Projects, rigorously, maintaining control and traceability of the documentation from Project initiation throughout completion.

The role requires exceptional attention to detail and an ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

**What you'll be doing**
- Managing the flow of project documentation within the contract team
- Implement and maintain document control processes and procedures
- Liaise internally with Ventia's IT department for SharePoint and correct filing of documents
- Manage all flows of documents either in electronic form or on paper support
- Maintain and manage electronic and hard copy documents as required
- Ensure control and coordination of projects documentation and data
- Ensure all drawings/documentation are correctly identified, distributed and filed/stored
- General document control activities such as photocopying, scanning, analysis of supplier's documents compliance with Project standards regarding numbering and all others aspect related to document quality

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in document control systems and design of change notice and budget records
- The ability to document control on large complex projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- SharePoint experience advantages
- Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant qualification would be beneficial
