Our Recruitment Team is looking for an enthusiastic Support Specialist to support our team. In this position, you will be the first person that our clients encounter and will be offering them help and assistance regarding the services that we offer on our cryptocurrency investment platform. Your input will be extremely important in improving the customers' overall satisfaction and user experience.
**Responsibilities**
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, promptly delivering effective solutions to technical and service-related concerns.
- Aid clients in setting up, navigating platform, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Educate clients on range of cryptocurrency, investment strategies, and financial advice.
- Collaborate with the technical to address and resolve intricate issues that may arise.
- Record client and maintain support request logs to pinpoint trends and that require improvement.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage retention.
- Stay updated on cryptocurrency market, platform modifications, and industry best practices to clients with accurate information.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Over 2 years of experience in customer support; prior experience within the fintech or cryptocurrency space is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solver mindset able to handle difficult situations.
- Conversant with customer support software and tools.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a very fast-moving environment.
**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with CRM software; experience with Zendesk or Salesforce is a big plus. Microsoft excel.
- Experience and familiarity with financial markets, principles of investment management.
- Knowledge of regulations relating to data privacy and best practices in customer data handling.
