**About the Role**
- The Project Officer, Operational Systems Improvement supports the continuous improvement work of the Registries in the Human Rights, Civil Claims, Residential Tenancies, Review and Regulation and Planning and Environment areas. The primary focus of the role is to actively support process improvement and operational outcomes as well as work wtih members to reduce the likelihood of delay and adjournments where system or other issues have been identified. You will be responsible for:
- identifying and actioning areas for improvement to enhance service delivery
- building manuals, flowcharts and other processes to ensure consistency across lists, as directed
- identifying and consolidating arising issues and categorising repeat incidents and reporting, as appropriate
- reporting on emerging issues and identifying improvements
- preparing complex correspondence and reports
- driving service excellence
- taking a systems approach and working with team managers and registry staff to identify and reduce failure demand in processes
