Improvement Project Officer, Evidence and

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Manager, Evidence and Improvement, the Improvement Project Officer will be part of a team supporting strategic analysis of quality and safety information across the community services system and the implementation of improvement methodology initiatives in community services settings. You will use your analytic skills to synthesise information from a wide range of sources to drive meaningful and measurable system improvements as well as supporting day to day operations of the improvement initiatives.
**In this role, you will**:
- Support the end-to-end project management and governance in the team.
- Contribute to the development and operational delivery of improvement initiatives.
- Support capability building of improvement science in the community services sector.
Are you
- Knowledgeable about the community services delivery system and passionate about driving system improvement?
- Highly organised with excellent communication, planning and problem-solving?
- Experienced in the implementation and management of projects?
- An energetic and motivated team player who enjoys working collaboratively to find solutions to complex problems and improvements to systems and processes?
- Open to development and learning in response to emerging challenges and opportunities?
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

- Where responsible for overseeing, monitoring or delivering projects, ensure they are delivered in accordance with relevant legislation and government regulations and guidelines.
- Assist in providing advice to stakeholders and assisting in the preparation and presentation of reports, ministerial briefs, cabinet and agency submissions on a range of matters
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships and facilitate the flow of information across the department and with key external stakeholders, promote increased knowledge and understanding of improvement science and the use of evidence to inform stakeholders, policy and practice.
