**The role is responsible for**:

- Understand the departments current and future technical environment including system dependencies.
- Interpret technical solutions for non-technical staff such as business and business analyst stakeholders to clarify requirements and present design solutions.
- The production of detailed designs, system process models and wireframes that demonstrate how the solution addresses business needs as documented in Requirements documents, Epics and process maps.
- The production of products within a DevOps and agile delivery model, including feature definition, requirements and Product Backlog Items (PBI) definitions.
- Work closely with technical and accessibility specialists to facilitate system development.
- Analysis of systems to define nonfunctional business and system integration requirements.
- Work collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders to understand requirements to define a high level interface solution.
- Identify and manage risks, assumptions, dependencies and escalation.
- Plan and facilitate workshops with business and business analyst representatives to clarify requirements and present design solutions.
- Produce detailed designs, system process models and wireframes that demonstrate how the solution addresses business needs.
- Utilise excellent communication skills to build and maintain effective working relationships and networks internally and externally.
- Discuss technical issues/solutions with both technical and non-technical staff.
- Utilise excellent problem solving and analytical skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $700.00 - $800.00 per day
