**$700-900 inc super day rate**

**Salesforce Administrator / Analyst **is required to join one of Australia’s most well-known and favourite brands.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the Salesforce CRM platform and be part of a greenfield project for the contact centre of one of Australia’s best organisations.

This area of the business is still in the early stages of their Salesforce journey and so they’re in need of a guru to take ownership of all thing’s admin, analysis and insights.

As the
**Salesforce Administrator / Analyst, **you will focus on:

- Salesforce reporting
- Building metrics
- Writing Salesforce queries
- Build, configure and automated technology solutions
- Train others on the effective use of Salesforce products
- Experience of contact centres highly advantageous

As the
**Salesforce Administrator / Analyst, **you will have:

- Proven experience as a Salesforce administrator with certification
- Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems
- Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration
- Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
