**The Role**

Excellent opportunity to join Rhombus Advisory as a Salesforce Consultant and Data Analyst. You'll maintain the Service Cloud platform, Tableau, and Community Cloud portal, ensuring ease of use for all users. Stay updated on new tools and capabilities. Your role is crucial in improving our Salesforce platform by gathering requirements, designing scalable solutions, and enhancing user experience. We seek a proactive individual who enjoys managing user support, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction as a top priority.

**With high level of trust, you will get great things done with us by**:

- Managing user and license aspects, including setup, roles, and permissions
- Handling support tickets, Salesforce configuration changes, and platform updates
- Creating and managing API integrations, and transforming data from XML, JSON, CSV formats
- Collaborating with stakeholders for requirements, solution designs, and Agile development
- Supporting production deployments, post-deployment validation, and ongoing Salesforce maintenance
- Providing insights and analytic reporting for the platform and driving business insights into the services provided to the Rhombus business and adviser network

**To Be Successful in This Role You Will Possess**:

- Salesforce certifications (SFDC Certified Developer I & II, Salesforce Administrator)
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce development tools, and programming languages (Java, SQL, Python, HTML, CSS)
- Experience with source control tools (e.g., Bitbucket, GitHub), Salesforce data management tools (Workbench, DataLoader.IO), and Agile environments
- Strong communication skills, user support experience, data management, and independent/team work capability

**Desirable**
- Financial Services industry experience, advanced reporting, and data visualization skills (Excel, SQL Server, Tableau), and understanding of Data Warehousing
- Relevant tertiary IT qualifications or industry certifications
