We are looking for casual Customer Support Officers who will challenge the status quo, deliver with speed and urgency and exceed expectations to join the Sarina Russo Contact Centre based in Brisbane CBD.

This is a casual role working up to 38 hours per week.

**The Job**
- Deliver high quality, timely and professional customer service to our job seekers and employers.
- Managing inbound call volumes of a minimum of 100 calls a day
- Outbound lead generation of vacancies with employers
- Working with jobseekers, employers and internal stakeholders to ensure a one call resolution service.
- Actively participate in the team’s delivery of services under the Workforce Australia contract
- Achieve performance targets and business goals
- Adhere to compliance processes and procedures

**The Right Person**
- Proven and extensive phone-based customer service experience
- Results-oriented approach with the experience and drive to meet and exceed KPIs and targets.
- Adaptable to new situations and focuses with a customer service and relationship building skills
- To be self-motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team, operating both locally or virtually
- A solutions based approach to respond to the needs of employers and jobseekers.
- Communication skills of a high order with the capacity to work effectively across various industries
