Human Centred Design Principal needed to support IT strategic projects in large educational institution.

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Human Centred Design Principal to join a large educational institution. This role will be a 2-year Fixed Term Contract with the potential for extension.

**Your new role**

***:

- You will lead and oversee all service design, user experience, customer experience and human-centred design activity
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior HCD resources and oversee the activities of contingent workers and/or consultants supporting these streams of work
- Devise processes and initiatives that ensures collaboration with Domain leads in Business Analysis and Solution Architecture and design and Change and Communications.
- Manage budget and financials for HCD activities
- Develop and deliver strategic domain plans that include user-centric improvements for staff and/ or learner and student experiences
- Lead inclusive design practices through inclusion of digital accessibility in design, development and evaluation processes
- Establish and manage performance analytics for HCD

**What you'll need to succeed**

***:

- Relevant Master’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and the ability to write and deliver business proposals and plans
- Expert knowledge in evidence-based practice and experimentation
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Agile and Waterfall framework and processes experience
