**Responsibilities**
- Provide patient-centred, gold standard clinical services.
- Overall responsibility for the planning, co-ordination, management, monitoring and evaluation for efficient and effective delivery of clinical operations relating to the delivery and flow of care services in the Complex Care division.
- Whole of sector approach, through the management and delivery of clinical programs in line with strategy, policy, quality, safety, and emerging markets.
**About You**
- Current AHPRA Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in clinical management, with relevant ICU or Critical Care qualifications and experience.
- Expert knowledge of clinical industry standards and best practice.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
- Familiar with and comfortable using technology and software solutions to deliver excellence and streamline clinical practice.
- Experience actively seeking out new growth and expansion opportunities.
