Are you an experienced schedule/roster coordinator for Home Care or NDIS? Yes? Read On.

Your role will be performed in the office, to carry out the bookings and shift coordination functions of the Home Care and Complex Care divisions, as well as helping carers troubleshoot issues they encounter while on shift.

**Available Positions**:
1. **Full-time Scheduler** - scheduling for Home Care and Complex Care divisions. The role is based in our head office in St Leonards. Hours are 8:30am to 5pm (8 hours a day Monday to Friday).

2. **Part-time Scheduler** - scheduling for Home Care and Complex Care divisions. The role is based in our head office in St Leonards. Hours are starting anytime between 8am to 9am and finishing 12noon-1pm (4 hours a day Monday to Friday).
- Have or willing to get minimum Certificate III in any one of Aged Care, Home and Community Care or Disability.
- Have minimum 2 years’ experience as a scheduler in community care.
- Have excellent phone manner and communication skills.
- Have experience with problem solving complex roster schedules.
- Have experience using MS Office, specifically MS Excel, CRM programs.
- Have experience using rostering software Care Line Live and Deputy.
