**This is an exciting opportunity for a home care scheduler or NDIS roster coordinator to work full-time or part-time for a quality in-home care service provider.**

Your role will be performed in the office, working with a small team to coordinate the booking functions of the Home Care and Complex Care divisions.
- Have or willing to get minimum Certificate III in any one of Aged Care, Home and Community Care or Disability.
- Have minimum 1 year experience as a scheduler in community care.
- Have excellent phone manner and communication skills.
- Have experience with problem solving complex roster schedules.
- Have experience using MS Office, specifically MS Excel, CRM programs.
- Have experience using rostering software. We use Care Line Live and Deputy.

You will work in a small, close-knit and relaxed team.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
