**What does a Client and Community Engagement Coordinator at AEA look like?**
The Client and Community Engagement Coordinator is to assist the Marketing Manager and wider Marketing Team in coordinating reviews and online engagement tasks for the organisation. The Client and Community Engagement Coordinator will undertake responsibility of all tasks assigned to them, including communications, reporting, prioritisation, monitoring, and process improvement.

Key responsibilities of the role:

- Obtaining reviews from our clients
- Updating our business profiles online with new information and imagery
- Implement new online communication channels our potential clients can use
- Working with local and referring vets to update our hospital information on their websites

This role is suited to a customer/client service focused individual who is looking for permanent part-time work (20hours per week) and an opportunity for ongoing training.
- Demonstrated ability to form and develop relationships with key stakeholders (both internal and external)
- Experience working in a fast-paced role with competing priorities and deadlines
- Adept at building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills with high attention to detail
- Experience using Google Business Profile, Bing, Apple Maps, Yelp for business, Facebook for Business (desired but not essential)
