**Functions Coordinator - Springwood Country Club**

The Springwood Country Club is a popular sporting and social recreational club in the lower Blue Mountains just west of Sydney and a much-loved part of the local community. It offers a great golfing experience among other sporting activities, and a wonderful dining and social experience for members, guests and visitors, in a relaxed family friendly environment.

The Club is now looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic Functions Coordinator to help deliver top quality functions for our clients. If you have the energy and excitement to help bring to life the best functions, and the genuine empathy to support those through the more sensitive occasions, then we want to hear from you.

This role is all about flexibility, and you will be working very closely with the Chef and Clubhouse Management to lead our team in event delivery.

This role could suit someone looking for a part-time position, or full-time and permanent.

Must have RSA, RCG and bar experience.

Must be available for weekends and evenings in line with functions and events.

Be able to lead a small team in quality service delivery.

Set up and oversee functions and events.

Take function enquiries, secure bookings and drive sales.

Make all arrangements between the client, chef, and staff.

You must be organised and timely, and able to make decisions on the go.

Previous experience in similar roles will be highly regarded.

Social media skills would also be an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $29.88 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
