**The Challenge**
Our veterinary profession is hurting. COVID travel restrictions resulting in a lack of skilled veterinary migrants to Australia + increased pet ownership + few entry rate in veterinary university degrees have led to a perfect concoction for a veterinary shortage across Australia, albeit world-wide.

**Our Solution**
We’ve got a kick-ass recruitment marketing strategy in place, a newly formulated ‘Recruitment Team’, and a big desire to nail this challenge the only way we know how

We can’t exactly release what we’re doing but trust us - it’s big. So ditch the long commute to Brisbane City and join the Animal Emergency Australia (AEA) marketing team at our Springwood office.

As part of this pivotal role, you’ll be reporting to the Marketing Manager and dipping your toes in the waters of several projects including events, graphic design, and SEO.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Be our point of contact for events including trade shows, careers fairs, webinars and recruitment marketing events
- Build relationships with our Directors, Leadership Team, and their team members
- Beef up the AEA website with relevant content and imagery, optimising new and old content
- Work with our in-house expert Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator to grow our SEO efforts
- Be our AEA Brand Guardian, and the point of contact for graphic design, communicating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on their requirements

**How we’ll reward you**
- Full-time role, strictly 38 hours per week - additional hours performed can be taken as time in lieu
- Business hours - Monday to Friday, with the ability to negotiate finishing and starting times within business hours (9am - 5pm)
- An attractive salary commensurate with experience
- 10% super + 17.5% leave loading, fortnightly pay
- 4 weeks annual leave, 10 days personal leave
