Due to recent growth Ram Care is looking for an enthusiastic **full-time** Service Consultant with experience in the coordination of services to older people to join our existing regional team, working in our Springwood QLD office.

The Service Consultant will work collaboratively with the team to support elderly community members living at home to reach their goals and maintain their independence. This role involves managing a caseload of clients with varying needs and provides opportunities for professional and personal development.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Current Driver’s License
- Speak Good English have to communicate with clients on the phone
- Current Police Clearance
- Sound computer skills
- Effective organizational and communication skills
- Empathy and understanding towards the needs of older people
- An understanding of the Consumer Directed Care model of service delivery

**Job Types**: Casual, Part-time
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

**Salary**: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Shift work

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Springwood, QLD 4127: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
