The opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for you, a well-seasoned B2B Marketing Specialist, to join the QBE team. Within this role, you will work across our Business Insurance customer unit to support the development of marketing strategies, deliver on high-quality campaigns, and provide professional development activities for brokers and customers, along with other marketing activities.
- Managing internal and external business relationships and developing marketing strategies
- Managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including regular content pieces showcasing thought leadership and key updates
- Leveraging technology to enable scalable marketing solutions
- Ensuring the content, design and communication journey stay relevant, up to date and align with all relevant legal and compliance requirements
- Leading the Q Academy program, QBE’s professional development program for brokers and customers

Your story so far

As a well-versed marketing professional, you will bring expertise in B2B marketing - especially within digital marketing and a strong understanding of marketing strategy. You’ll have a strong focus on relationship management, demonstrating an ability to build relationships across all levels both internally and externally and harnessing these relationships to achieve outcomes.

In particular, you will have exposure to working across digital projects, campaigns and complex environments; combined with recent experience in all aspects of digital initiatives, including web and digital marketing and analytics. This includes demonstrated experience in developing data driven campaigns, content and thought leadership across video, articles, webinars and events.
