The Opportunity

The One Samsung B2B Marketing Lead is to manage, develop and implement marketing initiatives across One Samsung B2B categories. You will be responsible for developing the strategy and coordinating stakeholders to drive a consistent and effective marketing approach across the Samsung Product Divisions to unify our B2B marketing execution.

You will work closely with brand marketing managers from each product division, as well as product managers, training specialists, sales leads, corporate marketing, agency partners and other key stakeholders to coordinate events, paid media, channel partner communications, launches, and promotions across our B2B categories.

Our Key product categories include: Pro Display, Business Monitor, Home Appliances, Air Conditioning and MX (Mobile Phones and Tablets).

Role and Responsibilities

Marketing strategy
- Assist Head of Marketing with development of marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership team (SLT), marketing, product, sales leads, channel partners and agencies to identify gaps and uncover insights that will lead to business growth opportunities.

Communications Planning & Campaign Management
- Responsible for the planning and execution of integrated campaigns which may include:

- Unified B2B strategy, brand identity and guidelines
- Leading cross category Events and Conferences
- Product launch campaigns
- Media planning and exexcution
- Creative development/Asset localisation (ATL, Digital)
- Digital and performance marketing
- PR and Social media
- Channel partner and CoOp marketing

Reporting and optimisation
- Report on how campaigns are delivering commercial objectives and provide recommendations for ongoing optimisation and improvements.
- Post campaign ROI analysis and learnings.

Cross-functional collaboration
- Drive collaboration with multiple cross functional stakeholders across Samsung product divisions and support functions to understand requirements and deliver appropriate marketing to support our business.
- Liaise with external agencies and key retailers / resellers / channel partners to develop assets and campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience- Bachelor of Commerce/Business/Marketing or any related degree or certificates- 5+ years of relevant experience in a B2B, Consumer Electronics or Technology environment- Experience in B2B marketing or environment- Experience in development and execution across the marketing mix- Strong project management skills with ability to autonomously lead and execute marketing plans.- Demonstrated strong analytical, communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills - bringing together, leading and unifying a broad group of cross category stakeholders- Proactive planning and process driven skillset- Warm personality with great energy and initiatives while able to demonstrate creativity and adaptability in different circumstances
