The primary purpose of this role is to manage the delivery of B2B, One to One campaign activity to achieve customer growth and retention business targets.
**About the role**
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop the annual marketing plan to achieve acquisition, retention, and cross-sell targets.
- Develop briefs, collate content, and manage the approval process for campaign activity (e.g., EDM, and SMSetc.) for campaigns.
- Collaborate across the B2B, One to One Marketing team to develop and refine messaging, offers, and call to action best practices.
- Utilise data and reporting to develop compelling insights and value propositions, and inform marketing briefs, ensuring continual optimisation of campaign activity.
- Leverage analytics and insights in the identification, execution, and optimisation of campaign activity.
- Measure and track campaign performance and effectiveness to optimise future investment.
**About you**
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field and relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar MarTech systems.
- Experience in B2B marketing, customer relationship management, and campaign platforms.
- Demonstrated evidence of successfully delivering projects within time, budget, and resource constraints and sustaining outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in data-driven marketing and utilising analytics to drive value.
- Ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships and influence outcomes.
