**What’s the role?**

We’re on the hunt for a Commercial Insights Manager to bring data to life across some of Australia’s most-loved brands—Qantas magazine, Travel Insider, Bunnings, Coles and Company Director. This role leads the creation and communication of insights that drive advertising revenue, deepen partnerships, and uncover new business opportunities. You’ll own the post-campaign reporting process and partner closely with sales and strategy teams to build compelling stories from data. With a balance of digital, social and print analytics, this is a hands-on insights role with direct commercial impact.

**Responsibilities**

+ Develop and deliver insight-led sales narratives using primary and secondary data sources

+ Lead all post-campaign reporting and performance analysis for Qantas Loyalty and Airline partners

+ Manage end-to-end research processes, from reader surveys to Roy Morgan reporting and supplier contracts

+ Support advertising and Qantas partnership teams with audience, category and trend insights

+ Identify new market opportunities through data-driven commercial research and thought leadership

**Who are you?**

+ Relevant experience in a media, publishing or research role with a strong commercial focus

+ Skilled in synthesising complex data into clear, actionable insights and presentations

+ Proficient with analytics and research tools such as Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, Google Ads, and Roy Morgan

+ A confident presenter and storyteller, comfortable engaging internal teams and external clients

+ Highly organised with strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Collaborative and proactive, with a drive to exceed expectations and build lasting relationships
