We have recently created a global Client Success Specialist team to support our customers across the world and now is the time to expand that further into Australia. We are looking for an individual in and around the Sydney area to join in the home-based role.
***What's the role?***:
As a Client Success Specialist you will be a key member of the Account Management Team, partnering with the Sales Teams and your wider Insights network to support all stages of the customer journey.
You will take ownership of your aligned clients’ needs; proactively fostering and developing ongoing relationships and consistently meeting and surpassing their expectations
You will be highly engaged with client opportunities and support progression of opportunities and data accuracy through the stages of sale.
***What are we looking for?**:
You will have an outgoing nature, eager to build relationships and a desire to learn. You’ll have experience in a similar role with a natural ability to focus on sales and client objectives that are realistic, attainable, and measurable.
You will be a confident and proactive communicator, with acute listening skills; great at building relationships and working collaboratively across the business to ensure success.
You’ll have great analytical skills and be able to research, collate and utilise data to drive customer engagement.
You will be a flexible, pre-emptive, responsible self-starter and a team player who works calmly under pressure with excellent time management, project management and prioritization skills
