About the role

As the Analytics & Insights Manager at Cashrewards, you will play a key role in supporting Analytics & Insights activities across the organisation. Leading a team of data analysts, your primary focus will be on delivering data-driven insights that support ongoing business operations. You will be responsible for conducting deep dives into data to understand performance trends and provide timely, actionable recommendations that align with the organization's immediate needs.

Your role will be integral to maintaining the smooth operation of the BAU processes and key initiatives, ensuring that all data analysis, insights and reporting activities are completed within agreed deadlines and contribute to achieving business KPIs.

**Your Focus**:

- Lead and support a team of analysts specialising in data analysis and data visualisation to support various teams across the business such as marketing, client success & member services. Perform quality control of their work.
- Provide data-driven insights to support BAU drivers in the KPI tree, actively participating in weekly performance meetings to ensure ongoing operational success.
- Lead data analysis, insights and recommendations for upcoming and launched programs of work, to make sure they are delivered as intended.
- Co-create problem statements with the relevant stakeholders to drive business-wide commercial & customer results in a timely manner.
- Conduct in-depth data analyses to identify performance trends and deliver actionable recommendations to meet deadlines set by the leadership team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications that support ongoing commercial and customer activities.
- Oversee the development and delivery of automated post-campaign analysis and reporting for internal stakeholders, ensuring insights are actionable and aligned with BAU needs.
- Ensure the timely creation and delivery of automated post-campaign analytics for the media business, focusing on the operational success of advertising and promotional efforts.

**About You**:

- Experienced leader with a background in data analytics and a focus on operational delivery.
- SQL skills and the ability to convert data into actionable insights
- Proficient in Data visualisation tools such as PowerBI / tableau. We use Power bi.
- Excellent business stakeholder engagement skills, being able to present commercial, actionable insights off the back of exploratory data analysis to leadership teams to obtain endorsement of recommendations.
- Detail-oriented, resilient, and focused on solving operational problems.
- Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced industry or consulting environment.
- Commercial acumen demonstrated through a clear understanding of business drivers and their impact on day-to-day operations.
- Experience in Python/R/SAS is preferred.
