The Operations & Support Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting business operations, ensuring smooth delivery of processes across Support (SUP), Project Management Office (PMO) and Administration.

This role provides essential coordination, process management, and administrative support to keep workflows efficient and accurate, while also contributing to culture-building initiatives and graduate program support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage support quotes for events, power downs, and materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Process change forms and orders in NetSuite, maintaining compliance with PMO standards.
- Oversee RMA processing and coordinate with the Support Desk to resolve issues efficiently.
- Manage the PMO to SUP process, ensuring clear handovers and accountability.
- Assist Project Managers with Estimates at Completion (EACs) to maintain project accuracy.
- Coordinate and help deliver social activities that contribute to positive workplace culture.
- Support the Intern and Graduate Program, assisting with administration, onboarding, and engagement initiatives
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in operational support, quoting, invoicing, or order processing.
- Competency in ERP/CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite or similar).
- Ability to collaborate across functions (SUP, PMO, ADM, SLT) and manage competing priorities.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with proven attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.

**Desirable**
- Prior exposure to project management workflows or technical support environments.
- Familiarity with RMA processes or service desk functions.
- Experience supporting HR, social, or graduate program initiatives.
