What You'll Do

- Assist with incident investigations, complaints, and resolution processes
- Keep fleet facilities safe, functional, and well-maintained

- Be highly organised and detail-focused, supporting day to day admin while keeping an eye on compliance
- Stay calm under pressure and think quickly when unexpected issues arise
- Communicate confidently, whether it's with operators, mechanics, or managers
- Take a hands-on approach when it comes to vehicle or stock management
- Have a customer-first mindset, balancing service quality, cost, and efficiency
- Be adaptable and enjoy the variety of no two days being the same
- Comfortable using a range of computer systems and applications
- Bring experience in fleet, transport, logistics, or a similar operational role (desirable)
