**You’ll do this by**:

- Striving to understand and evaluate the specific technical competencies that need to be taught or enhanced within an organisation or educational setting.
- Playing a pivotal role in developing a structured curriculum or learning pathway that encompasses the required technical competencies. This includes defining learning objectives, sequencing content, and selecting the most effective instructional strategies.
- Creating impactful instructional materials, such as written documentation, videos, interactive simulations, e-learning modules, and more, to effectively communicate technical information.
- Designing captivating and interactive learning experiences that empower learners to master technical skills and concepts. This involves leveraging instructional technology, gamification, and simulations.
- Leading the creation of assessments and evaluations to measure learner understanding and proficiency in technical competencies. This includes designing quizzes, exams, hands-on projects, or performance assessments.

Reporting to the Lead Technical Instructional Designer, you will leverage your extensive technical instructional design and competency mapping experience to support this program of work.

We are seeking a passionate training professional to help us develop industry leading training programs that enhances the learner experience and introduces innovative training solutions and ways of working.

**Your expertise**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in instructional design, education, or a related field, or lesser qualification with relevant experience.
- At least 3 years related experience in designing, developing, and evaluating learning solutions for technical competencies.
