  • Evaluate and continuously improve learning programs using data, learner feedback, and best practice instructional design principles.

You're a creative problem-solver with a passion for learning, technology, and excellence in education. You combine instructional design expertise with strong digital skills and a genuine desire to make a difference.

You'll bring:

  • 3–5 years' experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or learning systems management.

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse operational teams.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and learner experience.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent qualification (desirable).
