Your opportunity Instructional Designer(Training & Development Coordinator) M2P Engineering Brisbane, Queensland > Teneriffe We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer for our newly created Training & Development Coordinator role. Thisis an exciting opportunity to shape the future of M2P. Reporting to the Group Manager – People & Culture, you will have the chance to build our training function from the ground up, directly influencing the growth and capabilities of our workforce. Based in Teneriffe, you willanalyse, design, develop,implementand evaluate training at M2P.Building strong business partnerships will be a key aspect of this role, as yougain an understanding of the learners, their needs and learning goals.These strong partnerships will also support you in consulting with Subject Matter Expertsto create engaging,effectiveand relevant learning materials and experiences for our people. You’llmake an impact by: - Partnering with subject matter experts to analyse learning needs and translate complex information into clear, engaging training content. - Designing and developing eLearning modules, training guides, and blended learning programs using modern instructional design principles. - Refreshing and enhancing our induction and onboarding programs to create an engaging, consistent learning experience for all new team members, ensuring seamless integration and thatall ofour people are provided the best platform for success. - Developing learning assets such as videos, graphics, simulations, and assessments to support both in-person and digital learning delivery. - Implementing andmaintaininglearning management system (LMS) content, ensuring materials are up to date, relevant, and accessible. - Continuously evaluating training programs and learner feedback to improve design, engagement, and effectiveness. Whatyou’llbring: - Qualifications in Instructional Design, Education, Training & Assessment, or a related fieldwill be highlight regarded. - Demonstrated experience designing and developing training materials and eLearning modules for diverse audiencesis essential. - Proficiencywith eLearning authoring tools and strong digital design skills.Experience with Employment Hero and or Go1 an advantage. - The ability to extract technical knowledge from subject matter experts and convert it into structured, learner-focused materials. - Strong written and visual communication skills, with an eye for layout, branding, and clarity. - Excellent organisation, project management, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously. Ideally,you’llalso have: - Experience implementing or managing LMS platforms. - Skills in video production, editing, and multimedia creation. - A creative mindset and a passion for designing learning experiences that make a real difference. - The flexibility to occasionally travel to sites to gather insights and test materials in the field. - A proactive, collaborative approach aligned with our values of Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Loyalty, Agility and Respect.
