**About The Role**
Joining this exceptional business on an initial 12-month contract as a Learning Advisor - Design, you will offer your technical design expertise to uplift capability and positively influence the learning experience at Unitywater. Reporting into the Learning and Development Manager and working closely with the greater learning team, you will design, develop and deliver learning programs that add value to the employee and customer experience. Your focus will be technical design, as you think creatively to implement new programs that encourage and motivate employees to achieve successful, safe and sustainable business outcomes. Day to day you will:

- Technically design and develop key business resources including e-learning modules, physical materials and technology-based tools.
- Analyse and create instruments to measure learning successes across key metrics and deliver findings to senior leaders.
- Provide training on and maintain all learning systems to ensure accurate data, effective processes and troubleshoot any end-user issues.

**About You**
To be successful as the Learning Advisor - Design, you will have great technical learning design skills. Your genuine passion for instructional design will be strong, and you will understand how learning and development can add real value to the success of a business. You will be driven by continuous improvement and thrive in a fast-paced environment where delivering a high-quality experience is critical to employee engagement. You will also have:

- Demonstrated experience technically creating and delivering learning content in a fast-paced, complex environment with supporting qualifications in e-learning technology or instructional design.
- Ability to deliver interactive content through various modes integrating relevant principals, theories and methodologies.
