**Are you an experienced leader with a passion for delivering high quality services and operational excellence? If so the role of Manager - Health Surveillance Unit (HSU) with the Occupational Health division at RSHQ could be for you.

As a Manager within HSU, you will guide, motivate and support your team leaders and their teams to deliver high quality services across a range of functions, including our former worker health assessment program and records management.

Your ability to communicate with influence, provide sound strategic advice and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders will be essential to success in this role.

You will provide policy, program and coordination support to shape HSU's input to whole-of-agency, whole-of-government and national frameworks related to occupational disease prevention, detection and support.
