Linkforce has the opportunity for a **Technical Services Consultant** to join our Head Office team on a full time, permanent basis.

Travel to various Mining locations throughout Western Australia to assist with the setup, monitoring and integration of our software suites to both internal and external customers. These visits will range from a day trip to multiple weeks.

This role requires a strong technical foundation coupled with proven experience and exposure to the planning, scheduling, execution phases of shutdowns, outages, and projects.

**What the role involves**:

- Incident Support - Provide remote product technical support to customers
- Provide documentation to the Product Development team and assist in capturing and identifying information about software issues and requests for enhancements
- Customer Relationships - Foster relationships to ensure a positive and effective partnership
- Achieve Managed Services performance targets including customer satisfaction and retention

**What is required**:

- Sound understanding of the mining and resources sector
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Shutdowns and Project Management
- Communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills
- Sound technical knowledge
- Ability to form strong relationships with customers and represent the company professionally
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to rapidly grasp technical solutions, concepts, and products
- Effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- High levels of self-motivation with the ability to work to KPIs and manage conflicting priorities
- A National Police Check
- Australian work rights
- A pre-employment medical
