**TEN Recruitment **are excited to announce the expansion of their team, we are currently searching for a
**Principal Recruitment Consultant **to join our team in our Osbourne Park office

We are creating opportunities for you to work with a locally owned and managed recruitment business.

The successful applicant will excel in our values of tenacious, authentic, influential and teamwork.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Act as a go to for junior consultants and other team members.
- Report back to directors regarding KPI monitoring, performance reviews, financial reports, and other recruitment matters.
- Internal recruitment duties such as resourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Assist with training new employees and junior consultants.
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of your relevant industry and the market.
- Establish positive working relationships, maintain existing relationships and
- 5+ years’ experience as a recruitment consultant within an agency environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communications.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work efficiently in a team environment as well as autonomously.
- Capable of multitasking a range of administrative and recruitment functions.
- An open-minded team player with a willingness to continue learning and developing professionally.
- Strong client engagement and relationship building abilities.
- Driven to succeed and take on new challenges.

This position comes with a leading on-target earning of around $150k (Base Salary of 100k plus superannuation).
