We are currently looking for a Technical Consultant - Cloud and Infrastructure

The primary responsibility of the Technical Consultant is to provide design, configuration, and escalated problem management in client environments. The Technical Consultant establishes a track record of exceptional performance with regards to a combination of technical, service and/or business ability. What we expect you to do
- Deliver technical solutions to clients and take responsibility for the standards of work, project sign off and client satisfaction.
- Contribute expertise towards a proposed technical solution and work with internal colleagues to define the roadmap and milestones.
- Provide Pre-sales support identifying opportunities and contributing expertise around the design and configuration requirements in relation to RFP / RFI and proposals
- Provide client support, assisting with troubleshooting and design, configuration, and escalated problem management.
- Work in collaboration with platform managed services to identify best-fit manage solutions for clients’ needs in alignment with NTT offerings
- Work in a consultative manner to operate as part of a team for technology consulting and technical implementation engagements
- Outline solutions to customer requirements across all aspects of storage, compute, virtualisation, data protection, disaster recovery and cloud Infrastructure, sales opportunities.
- Develop a detailed understanding of Project Scopes and their alignment to changing client needs.
- Identify and undertake client discussions in relation to scope additions and variations including the development of project change documentation
- Pursue and maintain relevant certifications aligned to the role and NTT’s partnerships.

**Required Attributes**:

- Seasoned and experienced professional with a broad knowledge of IT in large Enterprise
- Has demonstrably high level of experience of implementing solutions with hosting infrastructure in the large enterprise.
- Has demonstrably high level of experience of developing solutions with hosting infrastructure in the large Enterprise with an emphasis on Microsoft Azure
- Ability to successfully run client workshops for the purposes of creating a variety of artefacts including: Current state assessments, Requirements Specifications, High Level Designs, Low Level Designs, Implementation Plans, Test Plans and Transition to Operations
- Has demonstrably high level of experience of developing solutions with hosting infrastructure in the large Enterprise including:
