**About the company**

My client is an Award Winning National Leading Accountancy Firm, they believe their Administrators are an important part of the business. They are looking for a pro-active and motivated Events Coordinator to join their team

**About the role**

The Event Coordinator reports into the Marketing Manager and is responsible for planning and coordinating all in-house and external events. You will be required to manage the expectations of relevant internal and external stakeholders around the events.

**You will**
**be required**
**to**:

- Planning and organising for internal and external events including client parties, in-house events, Christmas party and EOFY events
- Manage the marketing campaign regarding the events
- Organising and ordering of merchandise
- High level stakeholder engagement
- Processing leads
- Creating social media and blog posts
- General administration with the Marketing Manager.

**About you**
- Previous events experience or a qualification would be ideal
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to organise and priortise a broad range of tasks
- Exceptional communication skills are essential
- Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism
- High attention to details and strong communication skills both written and oral
- Outstanding client and stakeholder relationship skills
