**About the role**

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a TAFE Services Coordinator to join the Customer & Stakeholder Relations team, one position supporting Glendale and another supporting Hamilton and Hunter Street Campuses. The TAFE Services Coordinator (TSC) is responsible for working collaboratively with local functional areas including training delivery, student services, facilities management, and other corporate services. The role ensures excellence in service experience on campus as well as optimising community and multicultural engagement, including coordinating events and supporting safety on campus.

**Essential Requirements**

To be considered for this role you need to meet the following essential requirements:

- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Associate Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience.
- Demonstrated success in building rapport with a wide range of people and in monitoring and delivering services that meet customer requirements.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings to align with TAFE operating hours.
