We are seeking an experienced CTP Case Manager to join one of Australia’s biggest claims management provider to support their compulsory third-party claims team (CTP). Small caseload with a portfolio of 50-55 claims.

Enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working (3 days at home /2 days in office) and be a key member of the small specialist team managing CTP claims. Located in Sydney CBD, working full-time flexible hours.

**The role**:

- Managing an allocated claims portfolio within legislative and policy requirements to reduce outstanding liabilities and achieve cost-effective outcomes
- Engaging with key stakeholders to bring about understanding, involvement and continuous improvement in claims management
- Proactively managing rehabilitation providers and approval of rehabilitation plans/wellness plans in accordance with the guidelines.
- Conducting health promotion activities to enhance the customers’ well-being and empower them to participate in their own treatment and recovery

**About you**:

- Ideally, have existing experience in managing claims within CTP or other personal injury claims
- Empathetic, professional with a sound understanding of strategic case management
- Confidence and influencing skills and comfortable making decisions and problem-solving
- Collaborative stakeholder management skills and enjoy regular interactions both internally and externally
