An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Medical Receptionist with excellent organisational skills to join a busy multi-disciplinary practice. You will work alongside General Practitioners to help ensure this busy, multifaceted practice runs smoothly and efficiently.

You will use your enthusiasm and organisational skills to manage a variety of tasks ranging from reception and appointment management to handling patient enquiries.

The successful applicant will have the following attributes:

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to priorities and organise effective workflow systems
- Capable of problem solving in a professional and effective manner
- Flexible and motivated
- Have a positive “can do” attitude
- Previous Medical reception experience would be an advantage but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
