Narrabeen Family Medical Practice is a busy and growing General Practice serving the community on the Northern Beaches. We relocated to modern premises in December last year and due to continued growth, we are looking for additional medical receptionists to join our staff roster. Casual and/or part time and job share will be considered.

The position would suit a confident, well organised person, with good computer skills and excellent customer service in the Health Care Sector as well as experience working in very busy General Practice.

Our practice consists of 10 part time GPs, three practice nurses, and five part time practice support staff. The role reports directly to the practice manager and practice principal.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Min 6 months recent experience working in General Practice is essential
- Practice management software (Best Practice)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi task
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Empathetic patient-focused approach
- Work co-operatively and prioritise tasks
- Ability to work in a well established team
- Cover staff annual leave and sick leave.
- Flexibility with working days.
- Excellent verbal and written communication

Pay: $46,226.00 - $56,499.00 per year

Expected hours: 28 - 35 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- General Practice: 2 years (required)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
