We’re looking for a self-motivated Events Coordinator who thrives on multi-tasking and meeting deadlines to join our Marketing Team. This role will work closely with our Marketing Manager to ensure the successful implementation of Cutcher & Neale’s events marketing strategy, driving internal and external events to promote the key business services.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised individual to join an award-winning firm and gain experience within a face-paced environment.
This role will see you:
- Planning and executing both internal and external events - workshops, webinars, in-house events, trade shows, EOFY, client party, Christmas party, etc.
- Preparing and manage marketing campaigns related to events
- Processing leads post event in CRM (HubSpot)
- Ordering and organise the logistics of merchandise stock levels and delivery nationwide for events
- Assisting with website maintenance and updates
- Establishing and maintain positive stakeholder relationships both internally and externally whilst being the main contact person for planning, coordination and promotion of events
- Providing administration support to the Marketing Manager and assist to implement communication strategies
**To be successful in this role you will need**:
- An events-related degree or experience is advantageous but not essential
- Excellent computer literacy with the ability to operate a variety of platforms
- Demonstrated capacity to organise and prioritise a range of tasks and set priorities to meet deadlines in a busy environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Outstanding client and stakeholder relationship skills
