**About the Role**
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Events Manager to join our Rent a Tent division at Camplify. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events that enhance the Rent a Tent brand and drive customer engagement. Your creativity and attention to detail will be essential in curating unique outdoor experiences for our clients that align with our commitment to adventure and exploration.
Your Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all facets of events related to the Rent a Tent brand, including logistics, budgeting, and timelines.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional strategies that maximize event attendance and visibility.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary resources for events, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and enhance their event experience.
- Evaluate event success through data analysis and customer feedback; implement improvements for future events.
- Manage event-related administrative tasks, including contracts, invoices, and schedules.
**Requirements**:
**About You**
- 2+ years of experience in event planning or management, preferably in the outdoor or travel sector.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and partners effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
- Flexible availability to accommodate event schedules, including weekends and holidays.
