People Operations Coordinator

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
As a People Operations Coordinator, you will be required to provide seamless support to the organisation when it comes to new and existing employee offers, onboarding, internal transfers and exit processes. You will also handle first line enquires for the global employee population, driving and executing self-service efficiencies.
Responsibilities will include:
- Execution of global month-end or ad hoc reporting requirements, ensuring timely and accurate completion
- Participate in companywide initiatives related to systems improvements and investments, drafting communications as necessary.
- Support execution of global people programs such as employee recognition platform, annual performance cycles, compliance training, etc.
- Perform regular audits of employee databases to ensure accurate record-keeping

To be successful in this role, you will be equipped with:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or transferrable discipline
- 2+ years’ experience in a Human Resources administrative or coordinator role
- Knowledge of Australian employment law, benefits and payroll activities advantageous
- Detail oriented with ability to prioritize work, problem solve and execute
