The role comprises of two components:
Product Management:
Currate and manage the product development roadmap for our industry leading platform. This involves reviewing Client feedback, emerging technologies and partners to develop the best of breed debt collection software for collection agencies, institutions and government. You will direct a team of developers to build and evolve a robust, secure and scalable platform that operates on Azure and AWS as well as on prem.

Progam Management

Run Client Delivery Programs over significant timelines to manage resource, needs and delivery to ensure our Clients experience exceptional service and are facilitated with enabling processes and systems. This involves coordinating resources across ANZ and Europe and multiple competencies.

Administration

You will report to the board. Monthly business reports will be required. You will direct the Head of Client Services on commercial matters related to the contracts that are delivered under Program Management. You will direct the Head of Client Services to manage staff and contractors.

**Salary**: $180,000.00 per year
