**Technical Program Manager**:
To assist with stakeholder engagement into Defence projects for which the key internal stakeholder group is responsible, and to support drafting of related project documentation for including Technology Risk Assessments, and Science and Technology plans, following defined standards.

**About the Project**:
This work package will augment an existing dynamic team developing and delivering software capability demonstrators for Defence clients using the Resilient Decision Highway (RDH) infrastructure. It will focus on extending the existing capabilities to include open source information, engaging with potential partners and users and enabling their adoption of RDH, and working with key Defence Integrated Investment Projects to understand and support their requirements.

**Deliverables**:
The teams specified within this request will work together with other teams in an integrated environment on a large multi-faceted project, with outcomes for multiple clients, both sovereign and FVEY, across classification domains. There is an expectation that, under consultation, some members will move between teams to build rapport, understanding and to diversify skill sets to remove critical dependencies.

**Open Source Integration - Work Package 1**

The Open Source integration team will be integrated into the existing OSKA team, but their responsibility will be to focus on the integration of provided analytic capabilities, feeds of publicly available information and online services, contributing to the adaptation of the Resilient Decision Highway infrastructure to the Human Domain.
- Objective WP 1-1: Conceptualise integration of data from various provided analytic services, including commercial online services, into the Resilient Decision Highway framework. This will require data ETL into the framework’s common language for subsequent by analytic capabilities. The contractors will also be required to contribute to the development of these analytic capabilities and user interfaces.
- Objective WP1-2: Contribute to the development and delivery of capability demonstrators on classified and unclassified real-world challenges. Specifically, this relates to knowledge representation within the machine and it’s exploitation by analytics.

**Technical Program Management - Work Package 3**
- Objective WP 3-1: Read project documentation and assist with stakeholder engagement for a selection of Defence projects, as directed, to support drafting of Technology Risk Assessments. This includes:

- Objective WP 3-2: Develop an understanding of each project’s intent, scope and plans for implementation, and in particular understand and document, though consultation with stakeholders, including S&T experts in DSTG, where technology development is required, or other relevant risks may arise.
- Objective WP 3-3: Document the technology risks and potential mitigations using the supplied template, in compliance with national risk management standard ISO 31000.
- Objective WP 3-4: As directed, document costed plans, using a template provided, for Science and Technology activities to be undertaken to produce specified, agreed deliverables meeting project objectives, as negotiated with stakeholders.

**Common Team Deliverables - Work Package 4**

Support the maturing of the RDH capability for client benefit.
- Objective WP4-1: Contribute to code and technical documentation of the domain agnostic underlying infrastructure and its agile delivery across classification networks.

1. Deliverable 4-1.a: Submission of code and documentation as required.
- Objective WP4-2: Ensure that a professional level of engineering outcomes are maintained through self-reporting, adhering to specified coding standards, and technical writing.

1. Deliverable 4-2.a: Demonstrated adherence to professional standards.
- Objective WP4-3: Display a degree of agility, eliminating critical failure points and knowledge silos within the broader team, through a willingness (under consultation) to work with or even move between teams.

1. Deliverable 4-3 a: Demonstrated ability of agility in task contribution.
- Objective WP 4-4: Participate in project meetings in-person or remotely, as a representative of DSTG group, if required.

**Salary**: $515.42 - $1,013.14 per day
