**About the role**

Reporting to the General Manager of Future Programs, you will provide project management leadership and support to the delivery of Babcock systems for the Hunter Class Frigate Project (HCFP). You will lead a diverse team driving program performance, developing end-to-end project management activities, delivering superior customer outcomes while acting as the main interface between the project team, functional leaders and our executive committee.
- Some of your key responsibilities will include:_
- Developing, maintaining and reporting Project Metrics and Project documents;
- Stakeholder engagement;
- Managing resources to ensure maintenance of clarity of scope and purpose;
- Identifying and managing risks effecting the delivery of project outcomes, deploying contingencies where necessary.

**About you**

You are a visionary that likes to empower and motivate teams to deliver on their commitments in a complex and changing environment. This is achieved by your effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders in support of achieving mutually beneficial outcomes and displays professional and personal credibility.

You will be a:

- Degree qualified Project Manager or have a related degree (Engineering, Commercial, etc);
- Certified Practicing Senior Project Manager Accreditation through AIPM with 5+ years’ experience;
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Security Clearance.
